Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to a physical address in Australia and New Zealand. Orders for delivery outside of Australia and New Zealand are not accepted.
We do not deliver to PO Box or Private Locker addresses.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched within two business days, as of the next business day.
During busy sale periods, please understand orders may take up to three business days to dispatch due to high order volume. We will always endeavour to have orders dispatched in a timely manner.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery will differ depending on shipping method selected. See below table for details.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sophic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please take photos of packaging material and product and retain goods.
